My-On-The-Job-Training Blog🙂

I'm Keyvin A. Tadoy , a fourth year student Taking  the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) in Northern Iloilo State University at Lemery Campus , Lemery, Iloilo .

My Summary of the OJT Training. It’s been a month since I started my On-the-Job-Training here at the Supply office  at NISU Lemery Campus.  I have to wake up early in the morning, prepare myself for the long day ahead, and give out the best upon my working hours. I will be working here for 320 hours. I came to realize the importance of on-the-job training to a students’ life. Aside from the training that I got, it’s the experience and learning that I acquired and will be gaining for the upcoming days which made it more essential.

My position as a trainee fits into the department by the way of using new technologies such as printers, scanners especially computers that helps improves my skills to have a potential and to become competent someday. As an IT student and has already an idea in using computers especially databases really fits and can give a big help not only in my department but also in the company.

The  Job description as an IT student trainee provides an idea on where my interest lie in relation to IT field and the scheme will give me a good idea of what the job involves when I am already working someday as IT expert. I can have the chance to learn various skills and/or gain qualifications that I can use throughout my career and gaining valuable experience and training.

I learned some important things from my OJT that learning from my job is become so easy if you have the confident in yourself, especially in your ability to do your task. I learned also to love my work and this is the main secret to be able to performed better in the work place. So that your Boss can view your performance as good as you are, great as you are and make your job trusted by your boss.
